The one-day workshop is filled with hands-on exercises and role-plays that will introduce you to:
-Basic nonviolent communication and conflict
resolution methods
-How you can use these skills when you come
across conflict in your daily life
-How local and international peace teams use
nonviolent strategies in larger conflicts

Starting next Monday, January 9th at 3:30 pm we will be kicking off our VC Moms group. You can come as early as 3:15 to meet the babysitters and get your kids settled in. The Mamas will be meeting in the studio space upstairs that we meet in on Sunday mornings and the kiddos will be below in the playroom (feel free to bring nut-free snacks for your kids if they’ll want something). Please bring a few bucks to pitch in for childcare if you’re able. We look forward to a time of sharing our lives, encouraging one another, and growing as we journey together!
